Hello everyone,
Do you know anyone who goes to Vientiane for new Laos stamps? I'm interested to buy all new issues, my relatives can pay directly in HCMC. I'm looking for a price close to face value. Can help from my side with new russian stamps. Or old Laos, Cambodia, USSR, Germany, Hungary, Bulgaria, Japan, etc.
