Maltapost and Lombard Bank will be issuing a limited edition set of Malta euro coins and miniature sheets.
The presentation pack will contain one set of euro coins issued next year and protected in a blister pack, one numbered Malta lira decimal coinage philatelic miniature sheet issued and franked on December 31 and one numbered Malta euro coinage philatelic miniature sheet issued and franked on January 1.
Each miniature sheet carries an individual number matching that on the slip case of every set. The issue is limited to 30,000 sets and will sell at Lm10.73/€25.
The set can be ordered in advance from all Maltapost postal retail outlets and from the Philatelic Bureau of Maltapost (tel. 2596 1747; e-mail philately@maltapost.com, postal address 305, Triq Hal Qormi, Marsa, MTP 1001).
Orders are subject to availability and will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
