On the last of December 2007, MIC (Ministry of Information and Communications) issues the stampset Definitive Stamps "Pres. Ho Chi Minh (1890-1969)" (VN Code: 965) consisting of 03 values with their denominations of 1,000 dong and 3,000 dong and 4,000 dong. The stamps are the portrait of Pres. Ho Chi Minh (1890-1969).
