Where to buy stamps in Laos?

Hello everyone!
Maybe someone know where to buy Laos stamps in Vientiane? Do they have stamps issuing company as in Vietnam? Does anyone know where to find it in Vientiane? Any address?
a friend of mine will go there so i want to ask him to buy stamps for me.

Currencies bearing images of long departed rulers of southeast Asia would make individual and attractive gifts, or add to an enthusiast's collection. The shop specializes in stamps from the former Kingdom of Laos and the present Lao PDR, with sets depicting natural resources and traditional customs. The most intriguing items are postcards from French colonial Laos and Vietnam depicting street scenes from over a century ago, complete with original faded handwritten messages.

This guy is a friend of mine from ebay with username : "mauriziolaos".
He has a webiste but i could not find its link somewhere in favourite bookmarks now. Sorry Alex. :)

Mostly i'm looking for opportunities to buy by face value. But i'm afraid that post office will have just a little stamps and i want to buy maybe 5-7 years period. I saw web-sites of some thai people but their prices are crazy. And prices in Bangkok in general high for chinese, laos and cambodian stamps as well.

You can contact that man by email I give. You could ask all thíng and buy stamps directly via mail outside ebay. No need to come in Vientain to buy. It seems he is a Cambodian to marry a Laotian wife.

and by looking on such string i must admit it's not good proposal to my mind.

if old ones i usually can get so far by 10-15% or Michel, very rarely 20%. And it's not 80%. :)
the other thing that he maybe has 1980-ties overprints but these stamps anyway not for my budget :)

That's why i asked about stamps issuing company to buy directly :) I read also that láo stamps printed in Vietnam and Thailand recently...
