Soivet Union stamp catalog
Dear friends,
A friend of mine living in Vietnam would like to study seriously about stamps of Russia issued from the early years until 1991 (last year of Soviet Union). He phoned me that he could not trust in catalogs issued by western countries like Scott, Yvert,... He suspects they listed it insufficiently. Would you please help my friend to get a catalog of Russian stamps as mentioned above issued in Soviet Union (in Russian) or a path to link to a website to help my friend for his reference.
