Thank you Mr. Son for your suggestion but I already tried with other Interne site and do not experience delays.
With VietStamp it is not only Uploading but also trying to open a page of Thread. It took me 5 minutes from the time I received your email and click on the link to being able to write this message. And this Thread is very small compare to some of my Thread in Shop Biahoi. There I do not get to the end of the Thread. It stop downloading the information to visualize.
