sure i understand that this is an artist proof and it's Bao Long on it.
But the idea - it wasn't issued, right? Did anyone ever see such real stamp? Because so far i never saw it 
And i actually cannot remember any set for Bao Long in 1956. It was in 1954 and it's completely different design. Is there some set for 1956 which is not listed in catalogs?

Hi Alex,
This is a stamp design (on proof) and it is unissued. There are 2 unissued proofs at that time: one is Bao Long Prince (this one) and Bao Dai King (another stamp design, and also it is printed on proof (black & white) but they are not issued). There are no exist of stamps (from these proof).
This unissued Bao Long Prince proof has just been sold at cheap price (I thought it must be sold at least of USD 650), but you can see it is far under the amount.
My friend, Dr. G.C (in France) won it at very good price.
